Tried other chippys but nothing come close to this place. PIES - GOOD! CHIPS - GOOD! CURRY SAUCE - GOOD! COD - GOOD! SERVICE - VERY FRIENDLY
If you're hungry make sure you have plenty of cash in your pocket. Cards not accepted and no cash machine near by. Food was OK, but nothing special and expensive concidering the portion size was tiny. If you're driving to get fish and chips drive elsewhere!
Usually the best fish and chips in Ventnor however today the fish was dry Over cooked and cold chips were hard and warm. To top it all off found a large hair which totally made me gagNot sure I will go back. I think they may of had a bad shift as the girls looked so grumpy not friendly at allMade me feel unwanted as a customer not a good feeling
Just had fish and chips from here while on holiday.Both went for the haddock (one large, one medium) and chips. Haddock was excellent, massive piece of fish with thin and crispy batter. Only downside was the chips which were probably a bit old as were soggy and a bit cold.Be aware as it is cash only.
Ocean view is alright. They have large portions (especially the chips), but it was all a little soggy. The staff were pleasant and speedy however.
