Lovely, charming and old fashioned. Dreamy quality and like something out of a novel. Modern bit a little dated. Garden spacious and breezy, seaside stony but romantic
Amazing family venue. We loved the friendliness and location. The room had a beautiful view of gardens and sea. The local bay was great fun to get to with the children although would cause problems for people with mobility issues. The facilities for families were fab with plenty to occupy the children from soft play to pool to swimming. The owners and staff are so friendly. The house is outstanding. Cant wait to return !!
Not a good place to stay. The main toilets are never cleaned, the rooms have cobwebs and blood on the duvet covers that was not ours! Staff are very friendly and give the place an extra star in my book. There is breakfast but no food other than that later on. If your lucky you can choose from their vegetarian menu if they have food in stock. We spent most of our time eating out and at one point we got a take away. The place itself is lovely with great views. It is such a shame as there is so much potential for this to be a great hotel but it is only a poor b&b at best.
This hotel is old. I mean old if you love old things from everything. Only one spot for very poor wifi. Smells old throughout. It has a vegetarian menu with very little choice. That said, the staff members are very friendly which can make you forget all the bad bits. Has great outdoors too especially for children to play.
A wonderful setting, the view out to sea is great. I did used to work here years ago. The new owners are a little excentric to say the least. Still worth a visit for the setting.
