My mother left her coat there and we live near Bristol. Staff so kind they posted it back to us. Great service and good food!
Really good food. Interesting menu with daily specials on a board. Also an interesting wine list as well as bottles to choose from on a shelf behind us that were not on the wine list. We chose a wine from the shelf which was very good. Also have vegetarian options on the menu, and told us that if asked for when booking they could also do vegan or gluten free or any other dietary requirements. We will certainly return as this is a very good restaurant . I loved the tempura prawns with celeriac and fennel starter and the duck main course. I was too full for a sweet or any cheese.
Loved this place. Nice decor and atmosphere (loved the Motown music too) but even better was the food. I had the roasted lamb rump and it was delicious. Really moist and flavoursome, with great accompaniments.my partner had the seafood risotto which she said was fantastic too. Would definitely return
We had a fantastic meal here. All four dishes we tried were absolutely great and the portion sizes were very generous! The white wine we had was also excellent for a cheaper option on the wine list. Staff were friendly and very good with my girlfriend's nut allergy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the service was not rushed and courses came out at good intervals. The quality here was genuinely surprising- Ventnor has come a long way in culinary terms!
