Lovely and beachy but poky, more seats needed and in need of more shade in the summer.
What a cool little place! Just a few tables so be prepared to wait or grab a few patties to take away. Exactly what a beach restaurant should be!
TOTALLY inadequate and comprehensively not suitable for the high season.. After what must be a 60 metre decent to the beach front, you'll be confronted with a restaurant that has an extremely small selection of tables to serve a very small amount of people.. I believe reviews should be genuinely reflective of an establishments capability to deliver and this place is simply incapable of offering anything other than a token service, given the traffic of tourists in high seasonSo don't expect to get a table and if you do, buy a lottery ticket because it's your lucky day...
Went here for lunch on day trip to Isle of Wight, and loved it! Its a little shack on the beach in amongst other shack and sheds so has a really rustic beach feel about it. We had the daily specials of prawn skewers and the fish tacos, both were delicious. We also had the rose wine which is a light Provence style rose wine so we were very happy!! Could have spent more time here but the tables are in demand so we left so others could enjoy the food. Will be back!
Great crab pasties. When we were sitting eating ours everyone who came to order ordered crab pastie either to sit in or take away. A bit of a hike down to the shed but worth it.
